There are two ways to upgrade your firmware to lollipop zenfone 5 3.24.40.78

1). VIA MANUAL INTERNAL

a). Then place the downloaded file in the internal memory of your mobile phone outside of folders.

b). Wait for the notification appears. Then upgrade ..

The steps are:

1. Enable USB debugging via Settings> Developer Options> Usb debugging ..

2. Connect phone to pc ..

3. Download the appropriate version of the firmware lollipop you want (according to your mobile phone SKU) here:

PUT THE RESULTS FIRMWARE DOWNLOAD IN FOLDER FASTBOOT_ADB TOOLS.


4. Download the firmware recovery.img of kitkat 2.22.40.54 here

select 2.22.40.54_ww_recovery.img and also put in a folder fastboot_adb tools ..5. Now right-click the folder adb tool while you press the shift key select open command here6. Type adb devices
